I have a misfire on Cylinder 2, suspecting the coil because none of them have ever been replaced. Should I get the Bosch or Delphi ones from FCP? Quick googling suggests both are horrible...

Are they really that bad? My OE ones are Bosch, never had any issues since I got my car. I also picked up a couple used Bosch ones from a part-out, they worked fine when I tested them

Apparently the problem aren't the original Boschs, but rather the new updated design that causes problems:

I've found similar comments to this, though I'm not sure how much weight I should put on them.

It's very rare that I buy used parts for my car but maybe you could buy a used OE coil as well if you can find a guy selling them cheap enough. Mine were only $10 CAD a pop, can't really go wrong for that price even if it happens to conk out a couple years down the line
