    Thumbs up ZHP Miles

Stock 2003 Imola Red with 160K with no unexpected issues except the DISA valve. I drive it hard all the time. I have never had it in for service since I do it all myself. Just started overhauling systems so I will be good for 250K+. Cooling and emissions done. Now doing suspension and steering and front end cosmetic stuff due to stone chips and sand blasting. For the rear suspension I was thinking an used M3 setup would be about the same as the new parts I need back there. My diffy is leaking at the pinion and one output so with 160K figured it's not worth trying to put seals in it. M3 would give me a better gear ratio and limited slip. I know I need the driveshaft and full suspension and cradle to make the switch. Probably throw in a clutch while I'm at it. The vanos actuators need an overhaul too. This car is in the Minneapolis area and I drive it year around, winter wheels and snow tires of course. Been a great car and plan on keeping it for a few more years.
