Yeah no holding and occasionally make a grinding noise as the wheels rotate. I've adjusted it and the handle feels tight but just never really worked

You adjusted the brake along with the cable for the lever right?

Have you inspected the brake shoe? Remove the rotor and check the brake shoe. It might be glazed over or out of material.

Can somebody please point me in the direction of the list of parameters that can be read out with the ignition key/left side button? (sorry, don't remember what they are called)

Does anyone know the parts # for this hose? The one that is leaking...

Not sure on the part number, but that's a coolant return hose. Check the O-ring before replacing the hose. I had a bad o-ring cause a leak in the same place.
