That looks great! I may have to get some and work on mine.

Yes much patience and applications are necessary to get the chips close to "even" with the rest of the paint.

I need to look into this. THanks.
Did you go for a kit?
Relax Charlie... I can take a pic of blackness if you want, but you ain't gonna see it! Rush hour traffic guarantees coming home after dark...
I'm not in NY today so there will be light to take pics when I get home. Hold your horsepower!
You have PM sir.....read first.....
Alright, this is loooong overdue.
This past weekend, another piece of epic awesomeness has been blessed upon Wobz. This fine gem comes from Charlie with love:
Gruppe M Intake by botond.pal, on Flickr
The sound I got from my TSE3 and aFe intake combo at 6500-6700RPM can now be had at almost ANY RPM once WOT is applied, and I honestly can say that I still am stupidly grinning days later after my initial test drive...
And so, with the welcoming of this ridiculously awesome exhaust from a ridiculously awesome friend (and I don't say that because of the intake or other things acquired from him but instead because of the quality of person he is), my aFe intake will soon depart to its new owner for the price of shipping. While I will miss it, the GruppeM is a very worthy replacement, and have to say that I am proud to have a genuine Japanese part in my car considering one of my best friends is also Japanese, so this part holds a special place in Wobz.
I sure am looking forward to cleaning up the engine bay and making this truly shine like it deserves!
Im glad the GruppeM went to a good home!
