Gonna order some front rotors. Any opinions on the Centric plain vs Cryo treated rotors? Slotted??

I've been spending too much lately so it looks like I'm gonna have to go with the Centrics. Any noticeable differences with the their standard blank vs Cryo treated? Also, are there any good budget slotted rotors? I loved the EBC slotted rotors I had on a previous car, but they're a little outside the budget.

PM Ray (Smilez) on the forum. He has Centric at the lowest prices anywhere you will ever see. He quoted me $280 for slotted rotors shipped to my door for my ZHP. Plenty of people here have gone with him as well. Not a single complaint. He really is like family.

Cryo treated will be overkill. Just get regular slottled rotors.

Also, I don't see a reason to spend much on rotors if you don't have any sort of extreme need from your car. I can't imagine getting EBC rotors would somehow increase stopping power or help with fade vs. Centric rotors. Certainly not worth the extra cost IMHO.

I went with Brembo's on my wife's Vert a few years ago. There was a special coating on them that reduced rusting and it looks like it's working.
