    As crazy as it sounds, the TSE3 is too quiet by itself. The intake just seems to really wake it up.

    Lol. I think the tse3 is fine. I can hear it on the track and people don't think it's quiet on the sidelines.

    Well I will be glad to purchase a Gruppe M intake from someone that feels the same way as Derek lol or else I will go with AFE

    I loved the sound mine made when I had it, but I couldn't handle the additional whistling noise. I went so far as to fabricate a reproduction of the ECIS intake baffle, but it didn't quiet the whistling enough for me.

    If you get the intake and want my baffle, let me know. The rubber elbow is like brand new (used less than 500 miles) and the whole thing is in fantastic shape. I'd give it to you for the cost of the shipping.

    I went to AFE intake after the Gruppe M, but I was plagued with intake boot problems and I ultimately decided to go back to stock #becauses54 is in the future.

    Cool! I was thinking about that but now I am leaning towards a turbo setup.
