PO of my car serviced it there. They didn't level the headlights AIMed at the floor. I can't say I'm a great fan of that particular dealership. Maybe you can try and talk to Sonnen or Weatherford or Concord. I'm sure they wouldn't mind stealing your business from Hansel

Called last Thursday to schedule the appointment, SA said 'let's do a week out that will give me time to order the airbag and make sure we've got a loaner available.' Dropped it off at Machens BMW at 12:30 today, per my appointment. Left in a clunky 328Xi sedan.
Just got a call from another SA who left me a message at 5:25 stating 'yes, we confirmed your car is affected by the recall, you can come get it and we'll let you know when the airbag is in stock. Oh and we're only here until 5:30 today, so I guess you can come tomorrow morning first thing and bring the loaner back.'
Really? I know, first world problems and all that, but really?
