I have been active on another site that did this. Definitely stunted growth. Probably a good thing here. Smart move IMO. Now you don't need 25 babysitting mods on call.

Marcus, I like your idea very much. Personal references to the forum will keep it a friendlier place etc. Even though I no longer have a ZHP, I will still reach out to those that do
