ZHP ended up back at the shop again today because as I pulled in I noticed some steam coming out from my front grills. Once I shut the car down I opened the hood to see where the steam was coming from and noticed my radiator hoses with coolant on them and the radiator fan being wet (assuming some coolant on it). I had the car taken in to have it properly inspected but am planning for the worse....funny thing is that other than the occasional steam coming out from the grill, there were no other indications (temp in the normal range)...

Looks like I may be doing a complete (unplanned) cooling system overhaul to include (brand new pulleys, radiator, expansion tank, hoses, sensors, thermostat, and water pump)...
