Air bag suspension. Basically "Hard parking." Not recommended unless you know what you're doing.

Sorry I wasn't clear in my questioning. I've seen a couple cars on airbag suspensions. I see it most used for looking good while parked. So lets say after driving at a certain given height, the driver parks the car. The car is then dropped to impossibly low levels. Some people drop it so that the top of the tire disappears into the fender. When leaving the driver can now lift the car to safe levels to protect the underside from any damage as he or she drives away.
Seems like hydraulics people usually have on low ride trucks. Kind of ricey imo. Car already looks nice parked, let it be haha.
