Agree with the problem solving aspect. The calcs will give you, JUST an idea.

That's why I know the 71's for sale would be delicious on someones ride.

Calcs get you in the ballpark, I will agree to that but it definitely doesn't end there.

I didnt see this earlier, or I would have just kept quoting it.

dang how are you guys running these offsets without rubbing?!

I am on 18x8.5 +40 on 255/35/18 and I rub on the inner hole area.

What can i do to fix that since you guys are running some lower offsets!

What tires? You must just barely be rubbing.

Recently I've un 18x8.5 ET38 BBS RCs, 225/40/18 Re760s all around. The front fitment was perfect imo, not too recessed looking but not right to the edge of the front fender. The rear was too inset. By my calculations I could have been running a 10mm spacer without rubbing, maybe even 12mm.

Now I am running my winter setup, staggered style 68s in 17x8.5" rear and 17x7.5" front, with 225/45/17 Blizzak WS70s all round. The stock rear offset is 50 and front is 41. I am running 15mm spacers all around with no rubbing. The front is not rubbing at 17x7.5" ET26 with the 225 tire. Theoretically (I believe) the final offset has more to do with the offset and tire width than the width of the wheel itself. AKA I'm guessing a 17x8" with the same tire probably would not rub. There really isn't any more room though (at least visually), stock camber, Eibach Pro Kit springs and stock fenders.

I think the front is a touch too far out, mostly because with my Pro-Kit springs it's hard to apply the tire dressing! The rear is too far inboard, but no surprise there. It is 17x8.5 ET 35 with the 225 tire, and I think I could probably run another 10mm more spacers in the rear, 5mm more would be comfortable.

Bridgestone RE11 255/35/18. Stock zhp tire size.

It is lowered with -1.6 in the rear with Toe in 1/8th.

here is probably the best picture for ride height. I already rolled the fender and its actually hitting higher up than the fender lip.
