I'm not sure how they would deal with the top part of the reinforcement since I already injected the area with the structural foam. Thank you for the heads up. I know a guy that works there so perhaps he can help lower the labor costs a bit.

Installed bimmerworld 82mm Wheel studs and Muteki SR40 lugnuts. No more need to swap bolts again! yay. Don't mind the yellow brakes being dirty :P
Pics of lug nuts?
It is on my list to swap to studs from bolts and having a hard time deciding on lug nuts.
Sorry I didnt take any final pics cause I put the ZHP wheels back on for commuting.
But these are it. Muteki SR48 (I wrote SR40 by mistake). Nothing fancy just extended lugnuts.

Are you running spacers derbo?
Those are open-ended right ?
OK......thanks
If I had those wheel studs or those extended lug nuts, I wouldn't have any trouble bolting up my D-force wheels with the 5mm spacer. It turns out the design of the D-force LTW5 makes it slightly awkward to start the lugnuts by hand with the spacer and using 75mm studs. it doesn't happen with the stock style-135 wheels.
Yeah...I'm going to. I have 10mm spacers (square), so I've been thinking about the different sized (length) studs.
Funny to say this but those are good looking lug nuts.

I can't see using more than a 12mm spacer up front (famous last words) so my current studs should be good. It would just be a big hassle to start the lug nuts by hand. I would need to start them using the deep socket, or get extended lug nutz like yours.
But I have time... time to wear out current (245mm) tires. Time to kick myself for not joining the APEX Arc-8 group buy with 17x9 wheels (because I already have 2 sets of wheels). Time to wait for BimmerWorld's 12-days of Christmas 2013 sale to return.
Derbs, your ZHP is mega hot. Wish I could meet you; I get the feeling I could talk to you all day.

I don't know how far away it is, but I once took measurements with a sound meter. At 50 feet it was high 80's for decibel levels at redline. We also did passes and it never exceeded 90dB.
Our sound limit at my local autox is also 90 or 91dB (can't remember) and I've never got called out on it. That is the same meter we used to record my sound measurements.
I may be wrong on this, but I *think* Lime Rock's sound measurements happen at the start/finish line, which would be right next to the main straight.
Wow I was way behind in reading and had to catch up. Derb, if you're still interested in bushing opinions I would go with the poly over OEM and would stay well away from solid aluminium if you DD if at all. Congrats on the new rear end as well. Gonna be awesome.
Im surprised you read it all!
Thanks man. I think I will most likely stick to OEM. The car itself doesn't have much poly anywhere..I have E92 M3 mounts but RE tranny mounts which are all rubber. I think since I daily drive the car, its best to just keep it at OEM bushing or a stiffer rubber at most.
The rear end is arriving Feb 4th. Then its time to assess the the damages and what I need to buy that's missing (almost guaranteed from a salvage yard)
Kalim was talking to me and suggested M3 ZCP front brakes to replace the 135i brakes.
I looked at him and thought :facepalm I just must do it too... for the 345mm rotors..
