    It's a Napa Gold p/n 6301, made by Wix. If the OEM is also made by Mann it looks to me like they are made to a higher spec than their consumer filter is.

    Say....do you use a primer with that stuff....and where did you get it? Lowes/Home Depot?

    Sitting in indy shop lobby waiting on ride to work. Having the evo3 ssk + dssr installed, as well as tranny + diff fluid done. Looking forward to getting her back at 6 oclock today...

    Nope, just clean em off with some windex. Used four coats of the stuff this time.
    Home depot has it for $6. I think most home improvement stores should carry it though.

    Heard from the dealer.

    Water pump & water pump pulley failed causing belt to snap. Fidelity warranty covers pump, pulley and labor, but not belt. My bill should be about $100 deductible + $35 for the belt.

    swapped out some pvc hoses. :D, now i need to replace some sparkplus and fuel filter...
