I see this at my school every now and then. I don't think its a zhp though..

Those mirrors look more like the AC Schnitzer type mirrors. Possibly reps....they are not ///M3 side mirrors. The "real" AC Schnitzer mirrors have an AC Schnitzer label on them. Like this:
