Finally caught this one after seeing it around. She finally came in to BMW for service and I was able to nab her VIN to register her at the registry.. and to my surprise, she's already registered!
It was female driven, and this was the first other ZHP I've driven besides Terras..and that was before I bought my car. So I forgot what his was like to compare it to mine. I noticed that her clutch was different. T'was more springy..and I've come to the conclusion that my PO did the CDV delete, as this was much easier to engage the clutch

I saw a guy driving a silver ZHP with D.C. plates southbound on the Rockville Pike shortly before noontime on Monday the 16th. As we crossed the bridge going over Montrose, we pulled along side each other and waved/smiled with regards to our "not so special" cars. It was cool and I excitedly told my girlfriend about it a couple of hours later.
PS If you're reading this, guy I spotted, clean your rims! Haha
