PM me and if I go back out there I'll see if it has the UGDO or at least the connector in question.

I wonder... what kind of interior trim were in those two cars, do you remember? I'm looking for some trim for a custom trim mod. Preferably something that's matte, no wood. Piano black is also acceptable...

We all have our "oh sh*t!" moments. My last one ended up with me getting 7 stitches on one of my fingers. Glad you got it taken car off....

Washed the car a little while ago...might go for some parking garage pics later.

Lol, my last oh shit moment only got me 6 stitches...

Very glad you were able to get the bolt out! It's a very good feeling to finally un-screw something up!

    Edit: no pun intended, surprisingly.

Thanks again, Ford engineers for hiding the back three coils/plugs under the intake manifold.
I feel your pain my wife will not separate from her ford escape and I have had to do that job before =( just wait till it needs a starter... You have to remove the batt, several coolant hoses, and almost the entire intake... I tackled that job last weekend

Today was an eventful day for me and my ZHP.

Went to my dads today and took the long (fun) way and my ZHP scared me for the first time. Nothing bad.. just something where I didn't see myself not going in the ditch. DSC kept me in good line. Then coming BACK from my dads, Bambi (2x) and Mom were in the middle of the street as I came around the beginning leg of an S turn. Slammed on my brakes and the two little fawns were in the other lane and mom was about to walk on the street. I guess I scared mom with my flashers and ABS kicking in because I saw her whip around and run. At this point I was still on the brakes while looking for the two fawns, mom, and flashing my highs as fast as I could for the oncoming car so they didn't hit the fawns. My Nikon camera and thing of wax went flying off my front seat on to the floor as well. Good way to keep me on the edge of the seat while still shaking a bit for the remainder of my ~5 minute ride.

PHEW. Thank god for my car and ABS.

Keith, that depends...I had my 323i with 145k and had no issues regarding the alternator and my ///M currently has 142k and everything is fine. Hard to tell with these things....you can have lower mileage and have your alternator fail or have it last well into the 150's still be going strong...
