sweet, thanks Dane! It looks like I will order the stage 2 dry filter with the blue cover thing.

Just curious, why did you guys go with the stage 1 over the stage 2?

Interesting. Surprised they didn't have a big fan in front of car. I liked the comment about "oiled filters and how the oil eventually comes off the filter, and if you have a hot-wire, that can cause lean conditions."

E21 got a new OE radiator cap, NGK plugs, and just pulled most of the 80s alarm system. Still have a few wires left on that which I need to pull but they are behind the dash and I don't know how to mess with that section yet. Airbox has been cleaned and scuffed up so I can repaint it. I bought a new OE intake elbow but I think I need some more rubber pieces for the CIS before I change them and put it all back together

They wouldn't get you an updated "diamond key?"

I hate that key so much.

I just figured I couldn't use a newer key. Doesn't matter to me, honestly.

Mounted silver 135's on my summer tires, installed them and inspected under the car. Feels good to be mostly back to stock!

There is a coil inside of the remote for charging the battery. Pretty cool stuff.
Could you post a pic of the charging proceedure with Sonic charger?

Pretty sure I got 1 of 4 of my winter rims 100% done with plasti dip

Now to strip the rest of the old ones of their plasti dip and apply a new coat to them
