Dude, you honestly couldn't be any more correct. I stopped on my way home yesterday so Devlin could check out the car and as we were chatting, I told him, basically, all I did was accept $3500 to have an additional 30,000 miles on the car. In retrospect, that's not bad at all.

The car feels almost identical and I'm super happy with it all. Not to mention, I have a few parts leftover to sell to recoup some cash. Life is good.

That is good to hear. I am glad it worked out for you.

What's left to install from the old AW? Dinan muffler? Clears?

I installed new motor mounts from vibra-technics.

IMO they're great. At a stop and when just cruising around, the car feels very stock. Throttle response is sharper, but otherwise the NVH is identical to a stock M3. But when you decide to go through the gears and have some fun, these motor mounts really shine. The engine slop is eliminated - just instant power to the wheels. And the sound at WOT... I love it. It sounds kind of like getting a more aggressive intake - the induction noise just really makes the car feel more fun to drive. And I can't get over how much the slop is reduced - I can shift so much better (and quicker) now. I really can't think of anything wrong with these.

M3 and non-M mounts are the same dimensionally. M3 mounts are just stiffer stock.

Aftermarket mounts for both cars would be the same.

I should note these mounts are pretty expensive. About $400 for the pair. There was a discount for M3forum members that brought the pair down to $260 shipped... however that discount was only good until today. They are rebuildable however. You can get a new pair of inserts for $60

Damn. I like my 75D AKG mounts. Those are impressive though.
