Good lookin' out John but I have a feeling Richmond BMW will probably want to void my warranty with all of the aftermarket ruckus I have on my car. If it was a cheap part/labor I wouldn't care, but the unit is $489 + labor. I will wait til Monday to have it replaced up here, and keep my fingers crossed that it just starts working again. Just hope that I don't have any any trouble with the law over it.

Bring receipt with you just in case - but I am fairly certain you wont have a problem

If you have a warranty why isn't BMW covering the part and labor? I went looking to see if I had the proper module - hoping it was the same from my X5...it isn't. Sorry, I tried to see if I could come to the rescue.
