Still on the fence if I should convert to Piano Black Grills since my OE chrome grills are beginning to flake off.........but piano blacks are not a match for Mystic Blue Metallics. No contrasting color? Requesting if somebody could provide a photo of black grills on Mystic Blue Metallics?

Thanks. Wen through a lot of sites. Ended up with more questions......what is smoked grills or black chrome grills? Are they readily available? Best of both worlds....black/smoked and chrome.....

Pretty much matte black and piano gloss black. Khoalty.com

Now this one is a better option. As long as the grills are piano black????? I did not see this option when ordering on their website? Did I miss this part????

No, the slats are matte. And unless I'm wrong, on the "piano black", only the surround is gloss, and the slats are matte. You might check with somebody who ha them to be sure, though

Does the wrap around removable to be painted? Is that how you did yours? Or did you order them already painted? Still do not see the option for a painted wrap around on Khoalty's website.

I am in the same perdicament. I am not convinced that matte black grills are an improvement over my stock chrome ones for the silver grey paint. I think the piano black, might be though. just have to find some pics.
