There's a couple good alarm install DIYs floating around. I used the one on my330i.com it was very good. Very straightforward install. Hardest part is digging out the pre-wire bundles

Thanks for the kind words.
Everyone is fine; I was the only one in my car. Shared fault though the police recorded it as being all mine. In a nut shell- four way intersection with only two stop signs. Older lady had the right of way, but it was raining and she was in a gray Ford Focus and didn't have her lights on. I didn't see her and got t-boned at ~20-30mph.
Unfortunately, if I had been more insistent with police (as to putting the light aspect in the report) I believe this would have been recorded as shared fault, because in NJ (where the accident was) lights are required by law in rain.
They talked to her most of the time and didn't write down what I told them.
So I take the fact that I'm okay and learned some lessons.
What sucks is that I was about 5 minutes from NJMP and was about to participate in my first HPDE.
Thanks. So am I.
Only picture I have:
A pillar crushed is the main reason for it being totaled. Will post up the number so y'all have an idea of the going rate once I get the settlement figure.
RIP to (probably) the only no sunroof ZHP coupe in existence. I will miss it.
