It's not the car you drive, it's how you drive it.

of course...it is more the reduction of the chipping and hazing - esp since I use the M5 clear lenses instead of the lined lenses of the zhp, etc

changed oil using the MightyVac - used Mahle Oil Filter this time, mainly to see how it works...(Nothing against Mann, I know most people voted for Mann when I posted a little poll; didn't want to waste it as I had already bought one, and it did have a larger pleat count vs the Mann, and 'made in Austria' and the plastic end cap and solid construction) -
everything went well, except the oil was a lot colder than last time, and had some trouble getting the last bit out...(took 7 qts of GC to reach full mark (2nd notch from bottom), so I guess I got most of it out...might have left a bit of old oil in, but not enough to matter I think). I am a still a novice at this, and this is my 2nd DIY oil change...

DISA rebuild kit installed from German Auto Solutions. Thanks again to Johnmadd for letting me know that this kit exists!

Also installed wiring for a battery tender on the battery itself.

Swapped out my alcantara steering wheel for my perforated leather one in my ZHP. I will be keeping the leather steering wheel mounted during the winter months

Man is it cold outside today!!! Glad my garage is heated....
