Did a quick 30 minute diagnosis to find out if my brake line is bad or if it's the caliper. I removed the bleeder to see if pressure would release and cause it to move more easily. It didn't do much, if at all. So I took off the caliper, looked at the bore and it's good and rusted. I saw a small tear in the rubber as well. That confirms it!

I've got new calipers, a Motive bleeder, and a liter of BMW DOT4 brake fluid on the way Hoping to tackle it this weekend.

Now to bother a co-worker for a ride to work..... D:

Oh the joys of high mileage car ownership.

Installed a $39 ebay lip spoiler on the slow323ci. Received the besian kit today for the coupe. Now just waiting on the rest of the stuff to get here from ECS. Pretty sure we are going to sell it.....

I went through two reman calipers (AutoZone does OEM calipers) and replaced the rubber brake hoses with some ECS lines. Seemed to do the trick. The AutoZone parts have a lifetime warranty too, and aren't that expensive.

Meanwhile, his M3 thread is quiet.

    Have fun, Seth.

Haha. I think he is just being modest. There was a lot of good work being done to get that car up to snuff. We need more photos because it is a beast and I get those headers kick some ass on the M3.

Seth you do need a tune soon since it is cheap for you. Probably the easiest mod choice for the M right now other than maintenance.
