Had my wife pick up a OEM expansion tank, level sensor, and a gallon of coolant yesterday. Replaced the expansion tank on the 323, bled the system and did a 15 min idle and 10 min drive last night with no further signs of a leak or issue. Could find no obvious leaks on it, but I only turned it upside down and filled, so no pressure.

One thing to note, I was having an issue with interment low coolant at high speed (i.e. >75mph) for the last 6-9 months. This was a non Genuine BMW tank and sensor. I had no issue today on my hour drive to Navy drill. I meant to ohm out the sensor, but forgot. Just glad I was diligent on checking my mirrors or I may not have seen it.

What type of performance can be expected from a 3.64 auto 330i zhp compared to a standard 330i auto with a 3.38?

No, my point was to put a 3.64 in a manual. The auto ZHP already comes w/ a 3.64.

Faster acceleration. Lower top speed. Lower fuel economy.

The ZHP Auto comes w/ the 3.64 stock. It's basically what makes the the ZHP faster than a normal auto 330.

The only difference will be fuel economy. Due to higher redline the top speed is the same (within 0.5mph)

Well you're talking ZHP vs regular auto. I meant if you swap a 3.64 into a regular 330 that doesn't have the higher redline.
