Might be in that same boat with you Shawn, my left front one does the same thing. Was looking at the zip-tie method but saw a thread on here from awhile ago where someone (dane?) basically said to just go ahead and replace the whole thing since you will have already taken apart the door at that point anyway.

I don't know... I have never had to replace a Dane. But I hear the window regulator isn't too bad.
