    it is a PITA

    oil pan gasket goes over the front engine support bracket. you either need a cherry picker or hold the engine with a jack. oil pan does one of thse |__/\____|

    I do have an engine hoist I can use to support the engine from the top. Hopefully it is not too bad.

    An engine support bar is recommended. That way you can access underneath the front end. If you are dropping the subframe I would also change your engine mounts.

    Asked this earlier in the thread and it kinda got lost in the noise, so i'll give it another shot again :fingers crossed

    Is this the proper fix for this noise? (violin clutch noise)
