CREE LEDs are the shit. I have 25W ones for my turn signals and they are easily just as bright as the new BMWs that have LEDs from the factory. These LEDs allow me to run my RCR lights (which I GREATLY prefer over Eagle Eyes) and still have lighting that is just as good as OEM LEDs.

It's not the car you drive, it's how you drive it.

do you have links? even if it's just an ebay link so I can find a similar light.
I searched khoalty for "1156" and come up with nothing. I read a review on them from a couple years back, so I tried finding them to no success.

Khoalty doesn't have much of a selection in my experience.
Just go on to eBay and search for "1156 CREE CANBUS 25W" and choose one that's white. Unfortunately I can't provide a link to the exact ones I bought because you know, eBay sellers never seem to stay the same for some reason. There are tons of them; as long as it meets the "CREE CANBUS" criteria then you should be good to go.

Since someone asked, I wanted to be clear that the car didn't run out of gas. There is a 1.6 gal reserve when the miles left reads 0.

Search for beyond driven auto on eBay or web. All of his LED products are CREE. I know one of the owners (has 3 BMW's and has had 25 or so in total). You can call him, ask any lighting related question and can point you in right direction. They ship same day or the next business day. Lifetime warranty. Basically no questions asked unless it's really an f'up on your part. I've paid for anything that I've got from him. Picked up license plate bulbs/covers (18 led's) and the reverse lights today. Here's a link for the 1156. http://m.ebay.com/itm/161424491084?nav=SEARCH

    Perfect.

    Suggestions for fixing?
Got some spray on fabric glue. Tried two rounds of it and it doesn't seem to be sticking. It glued two newspapers together so it works.

Any suggestions? I'll try throwing a larger layer of glue at it. The instructions said go lightly, but I'm wondering if the panel/fabric is absorbing the glue.

The problem is that fabric is left behind and the glue sinks below it. There is very little actual surface area of it bonding.

^and if you use too much and it's too wet, it will soak thru and leave stains (been there). Be sure to wait until it's tacky.
The c-pillars are in the $45 range and I'd recommend replacing them or leaving bare is the spray doesn't work.
