    (Sold): Active Autowerke Headers

For sale I have an Active Autowerke Header Set taken off my 05 330i ZHP. Less than 20K miles on them. PO owner put them on. They have 02 sensors included. I replaced these with original OEM headers to comply with emission laws. Awesome HP boost with these!

    SOLD!

Taken when the PO put them in...

Wow you are getting rid of lots of goodies. Do you have to pull the engine to install them?

I had my indy swap out the headers with the OE headers/cats while he was replacing my new OE flywheel/clutch. The PO installed a racing clutch/lgtwt flyweel (http://www.zhpmafia.com/forums/showt...Kit-w-Flywheel) that just wasn't ideal for my DD duties.

    Indy quoted me:
    Clutch job: 6 hrs
    Headers: 4 hrs

It was a tough call taking the headers out since I really did like the added HP and the incredible sound. However, I realized that

    1. I wanted to pass emissions
    2. OEM DMFs/clutch kits/clutch jobs aren't cheap
    3. The exhaust smell wasn't ideal- I use the car often for business purpose

So I decided to take them out to help make back some of the ca$h that I laid out.

To answer your question, I don't believe the engine needs to be pulled. Although I think doing it without a lift would be a daylong if not weekend long project.

Do it! I love headers. And then to be obdii compliant install the LC2 wideband controller all greens on your engine readiness and no CEL!
