Well they pay for it so I'm not one to be picky anyway. Normally it'd be about $250 a month to park at.

Take it from me, dressed up junk for the most part. The 3.0T supercharged motor is good but other than that can't say much. Their RS 5/7 line is a joke, those motors put out nothing. S6, S7 and S8 are great big comfy quick flying pigs. R8 v8 leaves a lot to be desired for the price and the v10 is redic $$$$. I did enjoy the TTRS but other than that and maybe an SQ5 I'll pass (and have cuz my employee lease rates are almost too good to pass up).

They're nice DD cars with some performance characteristics but if you're looking for a performance car that you can daily drive my money is on BMW or Porsche.

Running 235/40/18 up front and 255/40/18 in the rears. I kinda like the meaty set up but they're rubbing on the liner. Would taking the liner out cause any harm?

    oh, i agree - that's why i am here.

also agree on the TTRS, and my dad has a B7 RS4 that is pretty awesome. too poor in the MPG department for me, and the seats aren't good for me, but otherwise it's actually a really nice car. very un-audi-like in the handling department!

rubbing up front? if so, i would definitely advise against removing the liner, it does keep a lot of dirt off stuff you want to keep clean.

you've got quite the rake there! car looks good, would look better in my opinion with the front raised about 15-20mm. love the wheels.

Thanks Peter! I'm only rubbing in the rears but I just feel like the rear tires might be a little big. Worst case scenario I'll swap them with a 245/40/18 and drop it a tad

Ha. I'm in the exact same situation. I'm running in the rear a TINY bit. I think I fixed it: snipped off about 1/4" of part of the liner that was sticking out. Looks like it was damaged previously (probably from running on the tire!)

Yeah, I liked the look of those a little more.

Say I wanted to drop the rear even lower, could I do so if I removed the liner? Fenders are rolled btw and the offset on all four corners is 34

34 is pushing it with the lining in place. Mine are 35 all around on the BBS' and I have modified the lining so it doesn't rub. It only rubs on the hardest/deepest of bumps now but it still does once in a blue moon. It rubbed constantly before the lining was modified.
