Yep as i'm sure a mechanic doesn't feel like going home and working on his own car unless it's pertinent.

Thanks guys! And yeah, it wasn't too bad...figured it's probably the last all out wash I'll do unless we have some "freak" warm days over the next few months. Probably end up taking her to a regular car wash later on to keep the underbelly clean, and there is a big difference between doing this in +/-44 degrees vs. +/-20 degrees.

Completed a months-long suspension refresh process that started with slow-but-steady accumulation of the required parts and a Thanksgiving weekend marathon session in the garage. Replaced front and rear struts/shocks with Sachs OEM, front/rear mounts with Lemförder and Sachs OEM, front and rear Gen. BMW strut/shock reinforcements, replaced a mismatched front spring with a ZHP OE from WOLFN8TR (thanks again, Gary!), upgraded to Z4M solid rubber offset LCABs, and refreshed rear swaybar bushings and front endlinks with Lemförder. After an alignment to spot-on factory ZHP specs (standard sport specs with front camber at -0.5°), she feels oh-so-much more taut and stable! I’m in love all over again!

Additionally, I now have a small box of leftover/spare bits that I’ll be posting up in the pay it forward thread soon.

Must be a night and day difference. I did the same in May and have enjoyed my car way too much since then!
