I'm running the m3 setup so I think it's 8kg front and 12kg in the rear. I did shorten the rear shock a little bit but I've thinking of shorting it a little more

Okay, I'm on the same rates but they're the Swift ones so they may be shorter. What's your dampening set at?

I'm running 15 up front and 10 in the rear. I've thought about going up a few clicks in the rear to see if it helps

And you're bouncy at that setting? When I was at the lower end of the settings the car felt really floaty. I'm at full stiff right now if that's saying anything, but my height is adjusted pretty low.

It's not as bad anymore, I was running 20 all the way around and it was awful. I'm completely bottomed out in the rear also.
