I think he's saying fewer ZHPs were made. I think somewhere around 45k E46 M3s were made for the US.

So y'all might have seen in my welcome post that I am new to bmw. Although my dad has an 04 m3 along with a few others in my family I have never been to ip to date on them. Consequently, I never heard of a ZHP.
That being said. 4 days a week I pass a house in my neighborhood with a beautiful blue e46 vert. I always thought it looked way better than most e46 cars but knew it wasn't an m3. Well after becoming educated on the ZHP I noticed the next time I drive by. Sure enough it's a 330Cic ZHP

BMW really did a disservice to themselves by not calling it a 330is. You know they realized their mistake as they added the S back on the e92 335is.
Interesting that there hasn't been any word about the f30 335is yet. I guess they're waiting for the face lift.
