Apply it wherever you decide, but with only one item you've got a though choice to make.

nice!! My postal carrier arrives in the morning

I may be able to work half a day....nothing better than sleeping in then get the mail after having a nice breakfast then go to work

At least this way your package will have arrived and is inside my apartment
