Thanks man! I'm happy with the way they turned out. Just went out and installed the bulbs too! But totally forgot to order new lenses... Ten minutes on Amazon and new ones will be here next week!

flushed my power steering fluid today, officially have fresh fluids in the whole car! Should of done it a long time ago. Also changed the fuel filter. Pretty straight forward to do.

    Old fluid was looking dark

She was sitting pretty just after the rain today...

Nice! What method did you use to flush the power steering fluid? I was annoyed when I was swapping out my fuel filter that the new one didn't have the rubber housing like the old one. I nearly ripped the rubber housing trying to get it off to transfer it to the new one. Did yours come with it?

    Ssparrow's Maintenace/Build Log

Thanks! I used redline ATF for the power steering fluid and just used a fluid pump to get out as much of the fluid as I could, then filled up with new fluid and turned the wheel left and right a handful of times, then repeated. And as for the fuel filter, I actually bought a installation kit from bav auto, came with new hoses as well as hose clamps. And if you were talking about the rubber bit that goes around the filter itself, mine came with a new one! I'm glad I ordered the installation kit though, I ripped the vacuum hose and ended up cutting the rest to get the damn thing off

Ah, thanks for the info. Yeah, I got my fuel filter from a TMS maintenance kit and opted not to get fresh fuel hoses so I had to certainly wrestle with them for a long time to get them off without destroying them. I'll definitely replace them next time around.

I noticed we're running the same wheels, but you've got 255s in the back versus my 265s. Do your rear tires ever rub? I've noticed mine rub occasionally against the outer fender. If they don't rub, did you ever roll your fenders or anything?

I rub very slightly, but it's only when I am turning into a steep driveway or parking lot. And yes I have slightly rolled my fenders!

My right rear regulator exploded over the weekend making it so my window wouldn't stay up. Trying to rig it to not fall down was not fun.... Anyways new regulator came today so I replaced that. Pretty soon I'm going to have to replace all the regulators....

Feels like it's been a minute since I've been active. Been busy with work and such a lot lately. Anyways! Got a few new goodies for the car recently and figured I'd show you guys.

First up is the ecs strut bar. I think it gives the engine bay a nice touch!

Forgive the cellphone photos. Next purchase will be a decent camera

Also finally bought me a sunshade! Can't believe I went as long as I did without one. With this being a DD it makes life a lot nicer.

    Also gave her a bath
