Can't you just buy the blades slash mount from the dealer / husker for cheap and reinstall?

We used to be able to buy replacement blades with the two silver metal strips to work with the OEM BMW arms. Now they want you to buy the whole black arm and blade together for roughly 10 times the price. A couple years ago I was able to buy the rubber blades alone, but not sure if they still exist (if your two silver metal strips are good and intact).

really? i tried those rainX blades once - and only once - i was so disappointed! i love their liquid products and use them on all exterior glass, but the blades were lousy.

You can still buy just the refills. I bought them last year from a dealership in Toronto. ECS Tuning as them too:
