Bad ZHP for yelling lol seriously though...mine used to connect me to a Verizon error message, I tried resetting the module by unpluging the larger multi-pin harness from the back when the car was off, waiting a few minutes, tunring the car on, wating a few more minutes, then turning the car off again, and plugging everything back in. Now I get a Sprint error message... I'm unsure what to do at this point...very confusing.Originally Posted by san

Yup, 2 questions I think-
1. Is it possible to have BMW assist without Bluetooth (your car)
2. If that box is the Bluetooth module as you said then is it possible to have Bluetooth without BMW assist (mine)

When you get a chance take a picture of your module and post it up, I want to see what connections you have hooked up.

Just did some digging and found a post on bimmerfest from 2009 stating that the module I have is bmw assist only...no bluetooth.
I suspect that you're in the same boat.

But according to vin decoder I don't have the BMW assist!Just did some digging and found a post on bimmerfest from 2009 stating that the module I have is bmw assist only...no bluetooth.
