My OEM center caps have 'drifted': apparently slipped over time so they are no longer aligned with the wheel's "M" logo. Normal?

Yeah, I figured there would probably be some play in the caps so they wouldn't stay in position. I haven't really checked.
How far out should the headlights reach? I think I'm getting somewhere between 2-4 car lengths. At times it seems a bit too short.
