Torque angle takes friction out of the equation when stretching a bolt... as you know, torque value can change with friction, for instance, when a bolt is lubricated with anti-seize compound...rust and age of the fasteners can also affect the ft/pound torque reading.Originally Posted by az3579

The car passed smog with Shark Injector and BMW Performance Intake. =) I was initially nervous about passing the visual based on earlier posts.

I wanted 3.64, but they couldn't make it work, so I wound up with 3.38--probably for the best, except now I still harbor fantasies of getting a supercharger (ESS Tuning twin screw).
