LOL... i thought i was the only one with a whole separate wardrobe of Garage Clothes. you might want to run that one through twice... partially for the next load's sake (which will no doubt have your wife's clothes in it).

I have been driving it! Two weekends ago I got the ZHP out of winter hibernation and got it prepped to start using again. Then this Monday on my way to work the coolant tank in my X1 exploded while stuck in traffic. Yes, the plastic coolant tank in my 2013 52,000 mile X1 failed on a 60 degree day! It seems that not only has BMW still not learned how to make a coolant tank, they have gotten even worse. Anyway, While I am waiting for parts for the X1 I have been using the ZHP full time this week and I forgot how much I love driving this car!

Well,

Ran the battery dead - left key in ignition after running it to bleed the coolant and cycle the vanos (Vanos seal refresh). Pretty sure that is operator error.

Ending up being a good(ish) thing - just now noticed that the PO removed the battery tie down clamp. As that is one of the Tech inspection fails - I have time to get one from the junk yard before the next Auto X event.

Stupid to good (ish) before coffee....
