Completed the weight reduction today and finally installed the pedal covers that have been lying around for over a year.

Combine that with a faulty head unit and I figured might as well rip everything out for now. Eventually I'll get a new head unit (can't find anything I like though other than the factory Becker $$$ upgrade) and some Alpine speakers. I just can't bring myself to become another Bavsound shill.

Also the land of cancer is a good step forward for your car and rust.

Fuck you rust and never come back. These plugs will never leak anymore - did these to the pair that are under the rear seat, the two in the battery tray, and the one on the rear floor on the passenger's side.

Actually that's seam sealer - I sprayed rubberized rock guard over the areas of metal that I ground down and touched up with POR15.

Hmmm yeah. I would think maybe coastal areas since sea salt, but that's probably negligible compared to road salt. I am so ready to be done with it!
