    My Mystic Adventure...

Turns out I've also got something wonderful planned for my ZHP this year thanks to discovering yet another tasteful mod . . . it will definitely be an upgrade to what I currently have on my car now and is something that I originally wanted to have for my ZHP to begin with.

All I am going to say for now is once I have begun making payments for this amazing upgrade I will post details here in my project thread . . .

Another item to take off my list soon will be my Bilstein PSS-10 coilovers and Ground Control camber kit.

I will finally be installing this kit into my ZHP this upcoming Saturday with a help from my Porsche friend. So having a friend who owns a shop with a lift is priceless. I can now get the more difficult tasks knocked out.

Much more progress for my ZHP will be happening soon

Poorly neglected? That's one of the cleanest valvetrains I've seen at this mileage!

I’d actually tend to agree. I haven’t seen the guts of many cars, but generally speaking that looks pretty damn good for the mileage so far

These internals look like they are from a engine with less than 50,000 miles.

These internals look like they are from a engine that has over 100,000 miles.

Both my ZHP and M3 looked just like this one above and both cars had just over 100,000 miles.

Charlies ZHP might of been neglected but not the oil change intervals, as that valve train looks amazing.

Thanks guys!!!! You all have no idea how much better your comments make me feel about the condition of my motor! I based my comments on the overall condition of my ZHP when I first began tearing into my car and starting her maintenance.... the brake fluid was so dirty that it looked like engine oil and that's where my impression of the care this car has been given came from... I have done a lot of work to this car and seeing your examples make me feel so much better. THANK YOU!

Charlie, I agree with other guys. It top end looks very clean for the mileage. I bet you are going to keep it the same way since you are changing the oil frequently.
Looking forward to see for coilovers installed.

Yeah, that's the plan. I would like to keep my ZHP motor healthy.

My new Bilstein PSS-10s will be getting installed on my ZHP tomorrow followed by a long distance road trip testing the new coilovers on Tuesday when I drive south to Morristown, NJ for a work trip. Once my work is complete, I will drive further south to Brett's home so I can add another nice item to my ZHP and catch up with a very good friend over the weekend.
