Walls are up. 2x6 studs instead of 2x4. 10ft ceiling height was a good choice.

I ordered tires for the zhp and the m3. I was unable to get tires last time Costco had the Michelin discount, their website would never show PS4S in stock. Ordered the M3 set first, but it didn't show the zhp sizing available. Periodically checked their site and I got lucky, they're in stock so I pulled the trigger.

Finally got new tires for the ZHP. Costco didn't have them in stock the last time the coupon for Michelins were in effect. Had to frequently check Costco's webpage this time around to see it finally in stock. Mfg date of 3323.

Best $$$$ you can spend imo. So much safer than jack stands.
