Yes, Crank Case Vent Valve. Did they determine if the valve was failed or if the return line was clogged?

JP..what happened? It looks like someone got a dead blow hammer and hit that area.....or is this another strut tower situation similar to the early e36s rear shock towers? I know spirited driving shouldn't cause this bending of the sheet metal. Take a look and inspect the suspension and linkages. Hopefully nothing is lose down there causing the mushrooming.....Thread link please...

I think it was more likely a pothole I hit a while ago. The roads by my house were in terrible shape about a year ago, I didn't notice it until recently.
Im assuming this the piece on the bottom part of the wheel, does the CF one have a depression for the M sticker?
