There's a big difference between factory installed M badge in appropriate areas and self-installed badge. The M badge was used because the parts themselves were used on real M's. However, a 330i is not an M. Unless he is stating that his trunk is an M...which it is not.

I don't really care about the badge but to me it looks kinda weird beside 330i / 330ci Maybe if you delete i / ci ///M330 might look cool.

About 20 minutes ago I saw a black ZHP sedan in front of me. Looked like it had backup sensors and a smoked badge. We were sitting at the light at the intersection of Battery Lane and Old Georgetown Road, heading into Bethesda on Old Georgetown. I was waiting to turn left on Battery. You have MD tag 6ac something... Didn't get to my camera in time because I was fiddling with the radio.
