Put some "Unique Stitch" on my floor mat velcro that got ripped off. This stuff is awesome. It's basically a cloth-to-cloth adhesive. Comes out white, but seems to dry clear. It looks very strong...it may be worth looking into for headliner fixes.

Finally completed & done VCG, VANOS Beisan Kit, OFHG, CCV (hoses & pressure reg valve), Fuel Filter replacement & 7 Qts Mobil 1 & Oil filter. Vvvrrrooooommmmm!!!

Beisan kit require some break in period.....200 mi. to fully seal and achieve optimum performance.

Also replace DISA and lower intake boot while I was down there.......

Boat load on maintenance there. Thoughts on CCV job.

Any tips on that procedure? Seems fairly straight forward but I don't want to miss an obscure fastener and end up breaking something.

This is now my third control arm on my vehicle since it was born.

went to go paint my calipers and couldn't get the car up on all 4's with 2 jacks and 4 stands - couldn't find any points to keep the stands stable on. So I figured I'd just do 2 and 2. Well I'm looking at the caliper and there is so much going on I am not 100% confident I would do a half decent job with them on the car so I go to take them off... can't break the lugs to get them off nor do I have anything to bleed them with if I unhooked um.

So I put the wheels back on and am now sulking in the kitchen...

Lol. Sux. Been there before buddy....where you're like..."WTF?".

Use a long handle breaker bar to break the caliber hold down bolts. Could also soak down with PB Blaster.

    Then....

Just manually bleed your brakes. Have your wife press on the brake pedal. No need for a power bleeder. I have "The Walker Bleeder".

Went to rotate my tires today and figured that while I have the wheels of, I might as well clean and wax them. Washed, scrubbed, Iron.Xed, and put a coat of Meguires Ultimate Paste Wax on them.

I also noticed that I need new rear brake pads. Aww poop. Looks like my sunroof motor will have to wait.
