Pretty straight foward. Considering I have a teacher with me when I was doing the replacement. Had better access with the electric fan removed, and the air intake. Was better with the oil filter housing also out of the way. I was scared several times, but the 'teacher' was guiding me all the way. There were times that my fingers froze up on me and this was when the teacher took over. In other words, I started from the bottom of the project and started moving up. This was also when I found out possibly from POs, that the insulation to one of the CCV hoses has been nibbled by critters with tails.......

Use a long handle breaker bar to break the caliber hold down bolts. Could also soak down with PB Blaster.

    Then....

Just manually bleed your brakes. Have your wife press on the brake pedal. No need for a power bleeder. I have "The Walker Bleeder".

wish i even had a long handle breaker bar. I'm a pussy, I'm just scared to break something and not be able to drive it to get fixed.

Left my ZHP at the parking valet this morning on my way to the airport. Arranged to have her properly detailed on the inside while I'm away.

I'm flying to San Diego for some work I have to do there...

Or just use a piece of pipe over your standard ratchet... the torque spec for those bolts are pretty high, It's going to take some force to brake them free.

Also, I never took my calipers off the car when I painted them... I just hit them with a wire brush and some brake cleaner. They still look good after two years...

Something that has always been in the back....Are the dashboards on the ZHPs made of leather or imitation?
