It sounds like the OP in that E46f thread had the same symptoms, but the majority of those replies aren't correct.

If fuel pump, it'd crank over with no fire... If battery, it'd be weak or you'd get the clicking of the starter solenoid... If starter, it might try or be weak...

I'm thinking this is a connection of some sort, or one of the magical mystery electronic devices in the car.

So here's more detail on my issue... I get in, push in clutch, turn key to start, absolutely nothing. No clicks, no dimming lights, NOTHING... All appears as normal. The other day when it first happened, I held the key to the start position, and after 2 seconds or so, it started. Starter cranked up quick and car jumped right to life, just like before...

Now this morning, I tried that again, holding key to start... Yet, even after 4-5 seconds, I had nothing... So, I turned key to off, and then tried again. On the second try, it cranked and started up right away, like nothing had happened...
Maybe you got some water on the starter relay? There will be some sort of rubber boot on the wire but it could be cracked. While you're down there check for voltage while someone turns the key.

I'm not going to apologize for having a different opinion.

    Sent from my GSIII, bitches.

If you really think its an opinion that we are concerned about maybe you need a little vaca. You have been reminded time and time again around here by myself, others and the admin/mods that you are out of line. Nobody is debating the opinion Justin, its the manner in which you present it - a very disrespectful one.

I don't know what your problem with me is, and to be frank, I don't much less care. I just know that you're not in line with the manner that this forum operates itself and the standards to which we all hold each other accountable for. Keep it up and there is likely a good possibility you won't be welcome around here anymore.

I'm done speaking to you on this or any other matter from now on so please keep your distance from me for everyones sake.

    Goodbye

Was gonna wash the car today, but then realized how chilly out it is. I'll save that for the weekend, it will be very nice out.

I repositioned my wipers again, they seemed to "shift" slightly. I checked to make sure my wiper motor was secured and it is. Who knows? Could mean I need new pressure nuts. They are looking a little worn. I made sure the nuts were very very very tight when putting them back on. Should keep the arms in place.

A leaf made its way into my blower motor. That noise. Is so. Freaking. Annoying. Holy shit. I want to find it and get it out.

I found that leaves can sneak their way by in certain occasions.

Did you pull the panel behind the engine under the cabin air filter housing? Any pics?

Justin, it's how you say it....telling Seth "Go cry about it." is not how we do things here.....try showing some respect to others....if you don't understand this then you will never get it...

Some opinions, if it comes across as disrespectful (hint hint) are best kept to yourself....someday you might just learn that....good luck By the way....this is not about you stating your opinions....it's about showing some respect towards others. Try putting yourself into other's places before you open your mouth....think about how they will react the next time you decide to post something....

I too feel the same as Seth on the issue of being disrespectful towards others ... I'm also done speaking to you on this or any other matter from this point on so if you have anything negative or disrespectful to say just don't for everyones sake.

Probably not going to get then installed today. Dad took both keys to his car so mine has to wait for everything to cool down after I take my drug test.

Probably going to work on the suspension.

This could have been worded differently....and is not solely opinion based. There is a stab in there....just gotta look for it.

    This is not helping.

This is a perfect example of what we don't do to each other on this forum. No matter what. You have issues....take care of it behind the scenes.

Consider this your only warning. Just watch how you deliver you opinion and comments.

Your comments were not entirely "opinion" based. There was extra stuff in there as well

    Uneccesary comments.

Okay....so I hope we all have this out of our system. Just like Fathers and sons, and just like good bother and sisters, were not going to agree with each other on everything. I just ask that, if venting, you think long and hard prior to posting, and evaluate if it belongs here.

I swear.....I thought we were just bashing another forum, for behavior just like this.
