I have the BimmerWorld 75mm "standard" or "street" wheelstuds. They make wheel changes so much easier. Can support up to 12mm spacers but I found with 5mm spacer on front, you have to take a little care when hand starting each lug nut before spinning them on with the impact wrench. If I had a 12mm spacer it would be even more work to start each lug nut. If you don't mind studs sticking out a little more or think you might ever want at 15mm or 20mm spacer, I suggest go with the 82mm ones. Note that BimmerWorld 82mm studs don't have a hex end so you need to lock two nuts together to tighten each stud (with red thread locker).

Thanks bud. Yea I'm definitely leaning towards the bimmerworld ones. He bullet nose looks a lot better and the 82mm gives a little more room since my stock wheels use 12.5mm spacer in the front.

LSD and Wheel stud conversion is a 100% done deal for sure. The S54 swap really depends if I can find a donor vehicle.

You can always find a donor vehicle. That's never the question. The more appropriate question is if you've got the $$.

Money is there. It's more of time/space to do it. Plus a good donor vechicle..low mileage and mostly intact in the area is probably going to cost more too..

Are you going with a E46 M3 diff (and subframe)?

I have not decided if i want to do M3 rear end or not yet. Ideally I would like to have a 3.64 performance gearing LSD instead but if i find a nice clean donor car, who is to stop me from using the m3 everything...
