Cranked my MS43 conversion over today...won't fire, but it shows signs of breathing!

it took forever to get the inserts changed from stock E21 Boge to Bilstein HD's... damn old cars. Tomorrow will be control arms, tie rods, swaybars so it can go for alignment on Monday

I put stock-equivalent Boges on my car last year when I bought it, kinda wishing I'd done Bilstein HDs. Curious to see your car when it's done, hopefully it doesn't sit up higher after the change. I may ditch the Boges sooner than later, they're just too damn mushy.. especially when my "other" car rides on Bilsteins and is a crapload stiffer to begin with.

I've been watching Craigslist for a light set of 17s and found these... OZ Ultraleggera, 17x8 and 17.6 lbs per corner... Picked them up with 245/40 Falkens on them, but will put some Direzzas on them when I can afford to...
Also, I'll probably powdercoat them another color when it comes time to swap to the Dunlop's... Suggestions?

As for me, I just got home from the dealer.. Picked up the parts to repair my sunroof shade and also set up an appointment to get the Dinan Stg 2 software flashed into it on Wednesday! Can't wait!

Will do. I'll be honest, the intake/exhaust do not make a bunch of difference.. I feel the exhaust is a little louder, no sucking/growl from the intake though. But, together, the car does feel a little more jumpy... Hoping the software adds even more kick.

Upgrade my Nav SW from 4-1/70 to 4-1/00. Can't tell what the change is yet. The load I got is supposed to have "night mode". Anyone know if that has a less bright screen? I could not tell in the daylight.
