Thought you bought Conti DWS, they don't make an LT tire do they? And if the removed tires are 20's, I'm interested cause the boss is wearing her X5 out at the rate of 2K per month. How she finds time to even add another 500-1000 per month on the vert I don't know. Maybe I should suggest she get a boy toy closer to home, lol.

Yep, I put DWSs on it right when I bought it, quite happy with the tire wear so far. Think I'm going to get 25K out of the rears, maybe 40K on the fronts.

Driver's side is pretty much done, passenger side about 40%.



Once I get them both structurally sound I will play with my wiring. Still need to figure out which relay I need to jump to keep low and high on at the same time like how the E21 is currently wired with the sealed bulbs. stupid E30 wiring...

Washed the car and then got a few things done today.

First off, holy shit does Sonax wheel cleaner work! I didn't even have to scrub the wheels...

- Rear bumper valance wrapped.
- Headlight bezel wrapped.
- Lamin-x headlights
- Small ZHP emblems installer.
- Bimmian mobile device mount installed.

* I'm not sure if I'm keeping the emblems, perhaps I should have gotten bigger ones so I could out them on the left. What do you all think?
* I'm pretty happy with the rear bumper valance and head light bezels. It's a bit ricey but it's subtle. Lol
* The Bimmian mount definitely causes my trim to be loose

What's the story on those CF body parts. Is it a wrap or did you buy new ones that way? From where?

Installed 4 new pieces of rubber and attempted alignment... Did not have the special tool for rear toe and couldn't get the front left tie rod to do much of anything useful. Suggestions?

Tie rods almost always require heat to bust them loose (Mine do anyways. Assume may be the same for some folks). I have no knowledge of a special tool for alignment on rear.

Did you take this car to a shop for an alignment?

If yes, don't go there again.
